I like the combination idea. How would you go about putting this together? Or for that matter how wold someone go about putting together a testing dojo? Are there rules or guidelines published somewhere? Is it better to do physically ratherm than virtually?

That’s outstanding. Having attended some of the meetings he hosted when I was living in Rochester, I can say he is really passionate about expanding the craft of software and tries to get others as enthusiastic about software testing as he is.
